Leak Detection & Repair
Hidden leaks, found and fixed — cleanly.
A water spot on the ceiling is rarely where the leak is. Using acoustic listening tools, moisture meters, and thermal imaging, we find slab leaks, supply leaks, pinhole leaks, and drain leaks without tearing up half the house. Then we repair — through the smallest opening the job allows.
- Slab leak detection and reroute
- Pinhole and pressure leak repair
- Under-slab and behind-wall diagnosis
- Supply line repair (copper, PEX, CPVC)
- Drain and vent leak isolation
- Water-meter-drop verification
Four steps, every time.
Consistent process is why our work holds up. Here's the order of operations on a leak detection & repair call.
- 01Verify the leak exists
Meter-drop test confirms an active leak before we open anything. No drywall cuts on a hunch.
- 02Locate acoustically + thermally
Ground mics for slab leaks, thermal cameras for walls, moisture meters for finishes. The failure point gets pinned to a square foot.
- 03Minimum-invasive repair
One drywall cut, not three. Copper repair or PEX reroute depending on the line. Patches handled or referred, your call.
- 04Pressure-test and sign off
Post-repair pressure hold and meter re-read. If it doesn't pass, we don't leave.
"Called at 9pm on a Tuesday with a leak under the kitchen sink. A plumber — not a receptionist — picked up, walked me through shutting off the water, and had someone at the door before 10:30. Fixed it, cleaned up, and the bill matched the quote exactly."
Find the leak
A licensed plumber — not a dispatcher — picks up. Most days we're at your door before lunch.
